The hopes of dialogue and peace in Kashmir have risen after the recent All Party Meet at Delhi . As per a statement issued , a senior government official informed that out of 70000 claims worth Rs. 75 crore submitted by empanelled hospitals, 50000 claims worth Rs. 40 crore have been paid till date under AB-PMJAY and AB-PMJAY SEHAT schemes.On the otherhand, Chief Executive Office, State Health Agency (SHA) J&K, Dr. Doifode Sagar Dattatray, while elaborating on progress of the schemes told, “AB-PMJAY and AB PMJAY SEHAT are the most ambitious schemes of government of Jammu and Kashmir. “We are introducing several innovations in the ecosystem of the scheme like implementation of Standard Treatment Guidelines, Establishment of District Implementation Units (DIUs), reforms in functioning of Pradhan Mantri Arogya Mitras, real time-based monitoring system for Insurance Company and Empanelled Hospitals, strengthening of supply side and introduction of smart Ayushman Cards to further streamline these schemes so that residents may avail free, cashless and hassle free benefits from reputed empanelled hospitals across the country”, he maintained.This being the most prestigious scheme is being monitored regularly by Additional Chief Secretary Health and Medical Education, Atal Dulloo, who in a statement maintained that, “this ambitious health insurance scheme is going to be the game changer as far as provision of healthcare services is concerned.Undoubtedly ,this has proven a great scheme for people of Jammu and Kashmir.

It is your heart. What favours you in the sight of Allah swt is the state of your heart. What will save you on the Day of Judgement is a sound heart. When you say the word ‘Think!”, most of us point to our heads, right? How many of us point to our hearts when we say “Think?” The Messenger of Allah swt Muhammmad (Peace and blessings of Allah swt be upon him) said, “Taqwa is here,” and he pointed to his chest. [Muslim, at-Tirmidhi, Ahmad] Subhan Allah, one of the functions of the heart is understanding. Allah swt gave us a heart to comprehend, to reflect, and to reason. That brings us back to the central ayah: and have hearts by which to reason. Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimullah) said that many doctors and philosophers have said that the mind is in the brain, so we think and understand with our brains and not with our hearts. He then said that the centre is actually the heart. Ibn Katheer said: The arrogant philosophers say that the mind is in the brain. In it is a desolate feeling that cannot be removed except by intimacy with Him solitude. In it is sadness which will not leave except by happiness with knowing Him and truthfulness in his dealings. In it is anxiety that is not made tranquil except by gathering for His sake and fleeing to Him from His punishment. In it is a fire of regret which cannot be extinguished except by satisfaction with His commands, prohibitions, and decrees, and embracing patience with that until the time he meets Him. In it is a strong desire that will not cease until He is the only one who is sought. In it is a void that cannot be filled except by His love, turning to Him, always remembering Him, and being sincere to Him. Mahfooz, a civilian instructor at the Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports (JIM&WS) in Aru (Pahalgam), scaled the world’s highest peak. “At 6.20 am on June 1, I scaled Mount Everest [8,849 metres], the highest peak in the world,” Mahfooz said.It is worth mentioning here that in the year 2019 Nahida Manzoor, 23, on Wednesday became the first Kashmiri woman to scale the world’s highest peak Mount Everest. “The Fourth summit of the day is Ms Nahida Manzoor along with her Sherpa Guide Mr Nima Kancha. Nahida hails from the state of Jammu & Kashmir. The lady has been passionate about the snow peaks and took to the mountains at a very young age,” Transcend Adventures, which planned her adventure trip, wrote on social networking site Facebook.Since past few years many Kashmiris have been scaling Mount Everest successfully. Earlier in the year 2015, The 33-year-old Rafiq Malik has achieved the feat of being becoming first Kashmiri to reach the summit of World’s highest peak Mount Everest.Climbing with the first ever National Cadet Corps Expedition (NCC) team led by Col. Satish Sharma, Rafiq reached the top along with his team members Raghu, Rajat, Karma and Sandeep on May 20.Rafiq’s first ascent comes in the wake of the diamond jubilee celebrations on Everest, 60 years after Sir Edmund Percival Hillary and Tenzing Norgay first reached the top of the highest mountain in the world.One hopes this positivity continues and Kashmir youth continues to shine on world of mountaineering.
